Service Description
Personal training, every client receives and individualized personal training program designed to reach their respective goals and accommodates one's capabilities. Each program includes 30 to 60 minute private sessions 2-3 times a week with myself. In this personal training consultation we'll go over medical history, discuss your goals, and go over packages and pricing. Based of off your goals a package will be recommended to you, but you may choose from any of the packages offered. Each Personal Training package includes: - A basic meal plan - Nutritional guidance - Email & text support - Extra workouts on days we do not train - Check-ins (Photos & Inbody Analysis required) to track progress. This information will on remain confidential unless signed otherwise.
